RENTAL PERIOD: The minimum rental period is three (3) days.
DRIVER'S AGE: Minimum age limit of 23 years and time of obtaining the license, at least 1 year. If you want to rent our car with 7 seats, then you must be at least 25 years old.
Car rental is NOT ALLOWED for people over 70 years old.
PAYMENT METHOD:
1. To complete your reservation, our company send you a link, to pay advance 30% of the total amount. The payment can be done by credit card or transfer bank (in this case, you pay the bank's cost).
2. Payment of the remaining amount will be made upon receipt of the vehicle. You can pay with credit card or cash.
PERMITTED KM OF USE: Unlimited kilometers (only for Astypalaia)
Where the terms "Unlimited kilometers" is mentioned (only for Athens), it cannot exceed 100 kilometrs per day. The extra kilometers for cars, charged 0.17€+VAT / kilometer and for SUV or MINI VAN is 0.23€/kilometer. Unless otherwise agreed and the maximum number of kilometers allowed is expressly stated in the rental agreement.
CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY:
1. In case of cancellation of the reservation trought our website, 21 days before the date of collection of the car, our company returns the full amount of the advance payment.
2. For cancellations made later (within the 21 days and before 7 days from tha date of receipt of the car) our company returns the 50% of amount of the advance payment
3. For cancellations within last week (7 days) before the car is pick up, or if the driver does not show up, the advance amount is NOT refunded.
4. In case of a change of reservation, the amount depend on the season and availability.
DRIVING LICENSE: The driver must hold a license for at least one year. His driver's license must be Greek, European (for EU countries) or International (for non-EU countries). For more information on the accepted driver's license by country. More detail

C.D.W. insurance (500€) -: More 10€ /per day. Included:

C.D.W. insurance does not cover damage caused to the underside of the vehicle, interior of the vehicle, rims, tires and wheels, child seat, loss of antenna, cost of replacing a lost key, damage to the car's engine due to wrong fuel .
In case of theft, the renter is obliged to pay the full amount of exemption (500€).
The Accident Declaration should always be completed so that the insurance coverage is valid. If there is a third party involved in an incident, we recommend that customers call the police at the incident.
For vehicles returned with a stained interior that is not cleaned with the common car wash, the driver will be charged 50.00 Euros plus VAT for its biological cleaning. If the driver drives the vehicle outside the official road network and the car stops, the driver will be charged the cost of towing the vehicle by roadside assistance.
F.D.W. insurance (zero exemption) +€16 :
What does it cover?
Zeroes the liability amounts from damage, fire and theft of the car. A necessary condition is the completion and signing of the accident declaration by the renter in case of damage, fire or partial/total theft of the car. In the event that a second vehicle is involved in the accident, the renter is obliged to call our company so that Roadside Assistance can be called to record the incident and photograph the vehicle.
In case of theft, the renter is obliged to pay the full amount of exemption (500€)
Not cover from any insurance package:
Damage to the interior of the vehicle - Trafic fines or other legal penalties - Mechanical breakdown because of the renter - Damage to exterior mirrors - Damage to tires, rims and hubs - Damage to the underbody - Antenna loss/damage - Damage caused by illegal or improper use in accordance of this agreement - Damage caused by using the vehicle on a dirty road, beach, forest or off-paved roads or on damaged roads - Damage caused by an unregistered driver, an underage driver or if the driver was under the influence of alcohol or /and of the drugs - Loss the personal belongings - Loss or damage to car accessories or extras provided by the car rental agency.
Fixed compensation amounts due damage/loss/negligence:
Key automatic (simple): 150€ - Special key: 200-300€ - Baby seat: 100€- Vehicle battery: 100€ - Antenna : 40€ - Aluminum rim 100€ - Iron rim : 80€ - Exterior mirror (just glass) : 35€ and the plastic of mirror + 90€ - Wiper 20€ .
TRAFFIC VIOLATION FINES & OTHER FINES: The Driver is fully responsible and must pay all traffic violation fines, etc., before leaving Greece. Obliged to present all documents – summonses of violations and payments of violations to our company. In case of failure to pay the fines, our company has the right to take all legal actions against the driver / drivers to collect these amounts. In addition to traffic fines, the driver is liable to pay €100 (+ VAT), in case of loss or removal of license plates from the car, which were removed by the police or other public authorities as a result of a violation of the Code of Civil Procedure.
REFUELING CHARGES: Renters must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as when picked up. If the vehicle is not returned with the same level of fuel, the renter will be charged the cost of refueling, as well as the "Fuel Charge Service" (+€15)
ADDITIONAL DRIVER: Additional driver must meet all the same criteria as the main driver and must be added to the car's Rental Agreement. There is NO extra charge
CHILD SEAT: Available FREE of charge upon consultation and subject to availability
CHANGES OF CAR TYPE: The company reserves the right, depending on availability, to provide a different type of car from the one originally booked with one of the same or higher category (with the same price). In case there is availability of a car of a smaller category and the renter wishes to rent it, the price is adjusted accordingly.
NOT ALLOWED: the use of the car of the provisions of the Civil Code, for purposes contrary to Greek legislation, for towing other vehicles, for the purpose of transporting heavy objects or luggage, flammable materials or smelly objects, it is used outside of the official road network, under the influence of alcohol, drugs or toxic substances.
TRANSPORTATION BY SHIP: transportation via ships or cross-border charters is permitted only with the written consent of our company.
CARRIAGE OF PETS: Pets are allowed in the vehicles, as long as they are in a transport basket when receiving and using the car and after prior notification to our company (the transport basket is not provided by our company). Renters are responsible for any damage or stains their pet may cause to seat fabrics and floor mats.
CHANGE OF CAR DELIVERY PLACE: In case you wish to change the car delivery place, from your initial declaration, please contact us for further clarifications.
PICK UP/ DROP OFF LOCATIONS (only for Astypalaia): Our vehicles are delivered (without extra charge) at the locations mentioned bellow:

In case to want to rent a car smaller, with a pick-up point at the port or the airport and your luggage are not fit, we will transpot it to your place of accomodation free of charge.(always after consultation)
